P. Welch Goggins, Jr. became Senior Advisor after serving as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Cleaver-Brooks for 10 years. Previous to that, he was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the company. Goggins began his career in 1975 with Industrial Boiler, where he held various sales and marketing, operational management and executive positions. Cleaver-Brooks acquired Industrial Boiler Company in 1992. Goggins earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. He served as Chairman of the American Boiler Manufacturers Association (ABMA) from 2006 to 2007.
